Marty Brown, Pastor-Teacher
Marty is passionate about God and His glory in all the earth. His main area of ministry is directional leadership, preaching, newlyweds, and frontier missions. He is married to Jan and they have three children and two grandchildren. They consider themselves to be transplanted from Arkansas, which we work hard to not hold against them. Marty and his wife are not shy about “calling the hogs”, so feel free to join in or lead out if you are feeling so inclined.
Howard Geis, Pastor of Music
Howard has been in music ministry for 28 years with 12 of those years being at Heritage. He is married to Carolyn and they have two adult children and two precious grandchildren. Howard is gifted musically but above that, has a heart for worship. His main desire each week is to help lead our people into a time of praise and worship to honor and glorify the Lord. Howard knows his way around the farm, so make sure you ask him what the cow said to the farmer...
Rocky Hails, Pastor of Ministries
Rocky's main areas of ministry are Adult Education, Missions, and coordination of ministries. He has been on staff full-time at Heritage since 1995, but a member since 1982. Rocky also serves on the Board of Elders. He and his wife, Darise, joined Heritage when they were newlyweds and became involved in various ministries of the church. Rocky and Darise have two children in college. He is known for using the biggest words on staff. If you need to talk with him, bring your dictionary.
Jim Jackson, Family Pastor
Jim and his wife, Sherry, have been married for 24 yrs. They have three daughters, Crystal, Angela, and Melissa - the joys of their lives. Jim came on staff in 2001 and recently became a Family Pastor with special emphasis on parents of young children. Jim also leads the Mexico mission trip each summer as well as contributes in preaching and teaching. The Swiss-army knife of this staff, Jimmy does everything. He even built the sign out front.
Chad "Kicker" Kositzky, Pastor of Students
Chad's main areas of ministry are Students and Counseling. As the student pastor he is involved in all the planning and oversight of the Student Ministry. Chad also has a passion for counseling. He has a master's degree in Community Counseling and he is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the state of Oklahoma. He has been on staff at Heritage since 1999 and is married to Kelly. Don’t let the resume’ fool you, the man owns his own bowling ball, shoes, and even the wrist guard. He will take you out at the lanes.
Chad Puckett, Associate Pastor
Chad serves as an Associate Pastor with an emphasis on college students, couples in their 20's and 30's and tends to have his hands in other random areas as well. He is married to Cindy and they have three daughters. His prowess on the Table Tennis circuit is legendary, having beaten the under 18 national champion of Trinidad-Tobago not once, but twice.
Eric Schrock, Pastor of Administration
Eric and his wife, Ann, have been members of Heritage for 24 years. Eric became a pastor ten years later after serving in the insurance business. He oversees the administration and operations ministries which include the budget, office personnel, building and grounds, and food service. His ministry also includes ushers, benevolence, and serving on the Board of Elders. He and Ann have two sons. It is not uncommon to see Eric riding his motorcycle around town, so be sure to comment on his leather chaps and fake tattoos the next time you see him.
