Adult Bible Fellowship, which precedes our 10:30 am worship service at 9:00 am, is all about seeing adults grow in their walk with Christ and each other. Our intention is to develop folks who will delight in God and declare His glory.

Young Adults

Collegiate/Graduate (Chad Puckett) - Room 101

We meet at 9:30 am and talk through the things we believe and look at them through the lens of Scripture. Simple. Straightforward. Welcoming. Join us and see why this ministry continues to grow.

Journey (Brent & Heidi Geis and Brian & Cindy Dickey) - Room 420

Currently, we are going through a study called, "Protecting You and Your Family." This is based on a Charles Stanley study in which we look at the attack of the enemy, this world and our flesh. How do we "Stand Firm" as individual followers of Christ and as leaders of our families? These questions and more will be answered as we look at and discuss God's Word, then see how we can have complete victory!

The Launch Class  - (Greg & Tracy Rader and Rich & Kathy Smith) - Room 415

Whether you are just getting started in your career or marriage or both, you need a solid foundation based on the truth of God's Word. Join us as together we seek to strengthen our faith, our love, our hope and the spiritual disciplines that will be needed for a lifetime of walking with Christ. In addition to Sunday mornings, we meet at 6:00 pm on the second and fourth Sundays of every month at the Rader Ranch for dinner and relationship-oriented studies and discussions.

Internationals' Class (Sam Kirui, Mike & Leann McGee, Ted & Judy Webb) - Room 401

This class is a Bible study for Internationals seeking a basic understanding of the Bible and Christianity. For more information, contact Judy Webb heritageinternationalokc@gmail.com.

Adults

The Potter’s Clay (Todd Jackson & Asir "Jeba" Jebaraj) Room 412

Isaiah 64:8 reminds us as believers and clay that we are not in control. We  truly are a work in progress. A work of the Master’s hands! Whether you’re single or married join us as we explore His Word, and dig deeply into the lives of people from the Bible to teach us how He wants to conform and transform us to His image.

Hope from the Scriptures (Rocky Hails) Room 407

First and Second Peter: Joyful Life in Painful Strife. Join us in our study of God’s path for us through persecution and struggle, resulting in victory and vibrancy! Our study is interactive and focused on accurate application, personally and together.

Parents of School-Age Children (Alan Young) - Rooms 107

A Harmony of the Gospels: We are working through the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John laying out the life of Jesus in chronological order and looking at parallel texts (where two or more Gospels cover the same event) at the same time. Join us for a fresh look at some very familiar passages as we bring in what some of the leading evangelical scholars have found in their research.

Salt and Light (Dan Lewin & Chip McWilliams) - Rooms 416

We have group discussion as we study God's Word verse-by-verse (currently in the Book of Daniel) and build closer friendships through fellowships, dinner groups and service projects.

Primetime . . . Life Adults . . . 55 and Better (Howard Geis & Ron Miller) Room 106

We thank God for walking with us through this life and remember God's faithfulness to us in the past. The joy He brings us today by knowing the truth of His Word along with His ever-abiding presence truly gives us hope for the uncertain days ahead. Currently, we are studying a series by Charles Stanley, “Recognizing Your Spiritual Gifts and Using Them to Further the Kingdom of God.”

Abundant Family Living (Jon Sikes) - Room 313

A systematic study of the commands of Christ, the character qualities necessary to fulfill those commands and practical ways those translate into modern day family life.

Single Adults at Heritage are an essential part of  many of our adult classes and have the opportunity to mainstream with other single and married adults.

Women

H.I.S. Women (Janice Southerland) - Room 103

HIS Women is for women who are hungry to know God firsthand through His Word and live out truth in a way that honors Him. We begin with an overview of the heartbeat of God throughout His Word and learning some tools to help each of us dig out truth to feed ourselves. We will learn how God’s names reveal His character and relationship with us and how to evidence truth through our daily lives.

Women (Carol Houghton) - Rooms 409/410

“The Heart of a Bond Slave.” God delights when we live intentionally, choosing to have a heart after His. God spoke of David, “I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My heart, who will do all My will” (Acts 13:22b). “Doulos” is the Greek word for slave (used over 100 times in the New Testament) means: “slave, to bind, one who is in a permanent relation of servitude to another; his will altogether consumed in the will of another. It is serving another even to the disregard of his own interests.” Do I have a heart after His, caught up in Christ’s will for my life? The lives of King David and Paul were caught up in the will of God. May He capture our hearts and, therefore, our lives that we might become slaves for Christ!

Men

Difference Makers-Men (Clyde Ross) - Room 104

“The Person, Power & Work of the Holy Spirit.”  We explore the significant role that the Holy Spirit gives to our daily lives. Know what your spiritual gift is? Using it? Learn about the fruit that the Holy Spirit wants to produce in us. This class can make a real difference!

Men 1 (Don Dancy) - Room 405

A class geared to men over 50 with an emphasis on discussion. We balance Bible knowledge and Bible application covering the entire Bible and all of Bible truth in a 5-year cycle.

Student Ministry ~ 7th - 12th Grades

Sunday Morning, 9:00-10:15 am - Youth Room/Cafe

After hanging out in the café, we gather in the Youth Room for a time of worship, interactive teaching and table discussions. It's a great opportunity to examine our beliefs in light of what Scripture says.

Wednesday, 6:30-8:00 pm - Youth Room/Café

During the school year 7th - 12th grade students gather on Wednesday nights for a time of worship, teaching, small group discussion and connecting with one another. We typically walk through a book of the Bible chapter-by-chapter knowing that studying God's Word is the most important thing we can do with our time. Gender specific small groups allow us to dig deeper and discuss the relevancy of the Word in our daily lives. Each small group consists of two adult leaders/shepherds that care for their flock. After small groups everyone is encouraged to stay around for pizza and fellowship.
